How to handle dropship vendor's who migrate to a new platform after being connected to Jetti.
You may encounter a situation where after a dropship vendor has been connected to Jetti, they then migrate platforms. For example, they may start with WooCommerce. Then, at a later date, migrate to Shopify.
When this occurs, we recommend you follow the following steps to prevent issues with syncing data between the vendor new platform and your store.
STEP 1: DISABLE THE CURRENT INVENTORY FEEDS
This will stop the pricing and inventory levels syncing between the old feed and your store. We also recommend pressing the disconnect button in the inventory feed, so the old items are no longer connected to the new ones.
STEP 2: SETUP THE NEW PLATFORM
Select the new platform and enter the credentials under the orders tab under the dropship provider settings. If the vendor will use the dropship portal, you can skip this step.
STEP 3: CREATE A NEW INVENTORY FEED
You can now set up the new inventory feed using the new credentials provided by the vendor. Once the new inventory feed has been fetched, you'll need to connect any existing products by pressing the connect button under the inventory feed (See below). You shouldn't try to publish any products already in your store - it's likely the SKUs / products may have changed and could cause issues.
For any items not in your store (e.g. new products the vendor may have added), you can press the publish button to add the products on your store.
