Automatically publish and sync products using an inventory feed. Setting up an inventory feed usually requires generating a set of API credentials. Or, setting up a CSV file, XML file or Google Sheet to import from.
SELECTING A PLATFORM
Jetti can connect with a variety of inventory platforms to sync product details with your store. The first thing you need to do when setting up an inventory feed is to select the platform. You can find an overview of the support platforms and their corresponding instructions from our dropship integrations page.
SYNC TIMES AND ALERTS
Inventory feeds will sync every hour automatically. You can manually sync the feed if needed (e.g. after you first set up the details or if you want to push through a change made less than an hour ago).
If there are any issues connecting with the feed (e.g. sometimes the vendors may move their store or regenerate their API credentials), you'll receive an alert with an explanation of the issue.
Jetti can automatically sync pricing from your vendors feed to your store. If your vendor's items are on sale (for example, they have discounted an item in their store), this will also be synced with your store.
Under the feed settings, you can turn on/off the pricing sync. You also have the option to change the prices by a percentage of fixed amount. For example, you might want to add a fixed amount per item to cover processing fees from your dropship provider.
