Regenerate and Refund shipping labels in cases of changing carriers or canceling the label.
If you are looking to change a shipping carrier or service level you will need to create a new shipping label and refund the original.
CREATE A NEW SHIPPING LABEL
- Navigate to Sales > Track
- Click down arrow next to the order
- Shipping label tab
- Rates will generate
- Click Generate label to purchase a new label
- Refund incorrect shipping label
