Managing multiple price lists

price list in Jetti is a collection of prices for a specific currency. It contains the prices you charge your customers (retail price), not the price you buy the items for (cost price). Most of the time, you'll only need to use the single, default price list. You may which to change the default currency, as the default is USD.

  • When connecting your online store to Jetti, this price list will be selected by default.
  • When setting up an inventory feed, you'll need to select a price list in the settings for you to sync prices. Any price changes made by your vendors will then update the price list connected to the inventory feed. This will then trigger an update to any of your online stores connected to the price list.


You'll need to start creating more than one price list if you want to have more than one online store connected to Jetti (e.g. if you sell across multiple Shopify stores) AND you want those stores to have different currencies or use different pricing.

If you have multiple stores AND want to keep prices consistent across them (most common scenario), just make sure each store is linked to the same price list. So, when a vendor updates their pricing, both your online stores are automatically updated.


When setting up the inventory feed, you can make manual price changes if needed. For example, you can add a % amount to the vendor price to cater for VAT or if the prices in the vendor feed are cost prices, not retail prices.


If you are using automated commission rates for your drop-ship providers, Jetti will calculate the payment amount based upon the price the item was sold for. For example, if a shirt is listed for $10 in Jetti but the customer bought it for $5 by applying a discount code, the commission will be based on the $5, not $10.
