Sync orders, shipments and inventory between Jetti and ElasticPath.
Jetti allows you and your business to connect and sync sales, purchases and inventory data across multiple e-commerce stores and offline sales channels. Elastic Path is among the several ecommerce platforms that Jetti currently supports.
Here are some of the activities that Jetti is able to perform with an Elastic Path store.
- Fetch Orders from Elastic Path
- Create Fulfillments
- Update Inventory Quantities
- Update Variant Prices
COLLECTING THE API CREDENTIALS
In order to be able to connect Jetti with your Elastic Path, it is important to collect the API keys from your Elastic Path administration panel.
The API keys are specifically the store ID, client ID, and client secret. Each user being granted access to an Elastic Path store receives a unique client ID and client secret. You can access the Elastic Path Dashboard Home page to collect the API keys.
You may also want to collect the Fulfillment endpoint URL.
Once you access the Dashboard, click the API link and copy the API credentials in a safe place.
CONNECTING TO ELASTIC PATH
New Elastic Path stores can be added within the setup area.
After logging into Jetti, click Integrations -> Select Elastic Path
In the next screen, click New elastic-path-store to create a new Store Configuration.
Next, paste the credentials and URL you previously copied from the Elastic Path Dashboard.
Here is an example of how the fields need to be populated.
Once done, click Save. Jetti will start importing products into Jetti shortly after the configuration is completed.
Currently, Jetti does not support publishing items from Jetti into Elastic Path. You can publish products from Elastic Path and Jetti will import them regularly into the system.
If you wish to remove an item from your Elastic Path store, you are recommended to first delete the product in Elastic Path. Next, you'll need to remove it from Jetti.
Find the variant in Jetti by clicking the Inventory link from the left menu and searching for the name or SKU. Once you’ve found the variant, select the checkbox next to it and click the trash icon in the upper corner of the screen.
If you wish to publish this item again, make sure to publish it on your Elastic Path store first. It will soon sync with Jetti and inventory feeds will potentially connect to it via SKU.
