Tracking updates from vendors not importing

There are some known restrictions that may limit Jetti being able to import tracking details from vendors. 

 

Late shipments

Jetti stops checking for tracking details after 30 days. Orders older than this will need to be manually triggered. You can do this from the main purchases list:

Deleted items

Items which have been deleted in your store or the vendor's store since the order, cannot be updated and will need to be manually marked as shipped.
