Shipping Rates - How to Create Live Carrier Rates

Onport offers you the possibility to provide live shipping rates by connecting to your shipping aggregator or custom carrier integration of choice.

Here’s how to set it up:

1. Create vendor shipping rate: go to Setup > Vendor Shipping rates 
2. Click New Shipping Rate at the top right-hand side > Type in "Name" and "Code" of your choice (these can be the same)
3. Select Live Carrier Rates > Click Save at the top
4. Assign Dropship Provider(s)
5. Decide to use All custom Carriers or to Select Specific Carriers. You can read more on how to map specific carriers for vendor labels here.
